Waiver & Acknowledgment Agreement

1. Nature of Services

I understand that CastBodyWellness provides consulting and educational services related to peptides. These services are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, prescription, or treatment.

2. No Medical Relationship

I acknowledge and agree that:

 • CastBodyWellness and its representatives are not acting as medical providers.

 • No doctor-patient or provider-patient relationship is established through these services.

 • I have been advised to consult with a licensed healthcare professional before using or handling any peptides.

3. Assumption of Risk

I understand and acknowledge that:

 • The use, handling, storage, or administration of peptides may involve risks including but not limited to contamination, adverse reactions, side effects, regulatory/legal restrictions, and health risks.

 • I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my personal use, handling, or decision-making related to peptides.

4. Release of Liability

In consideration of receiving consulting services, I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless CastBodyWellness, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, or causes of action arising out of or related to:

 • My personal use, handling, or administration of peptides.

 • Any actions I take based on information or guidance provided.

5. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless CastBodyWellness and its representatives against any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) resulting from my use or misuse of peptides or reliance on consulting services.

6. Legal Compliance

I understand that peptides may be regulated substances and agree that I am solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in my jurisdiction.
